We enable data and folder specific access; which means users have access to specific information based on pre-defined authorization to the data for each user. Access rights can be restricted to pre-defined IP addresses (i.e. factory/office) to ensure further security.

Multi-Tier User Authentication

WFX Solution requires valid username, password and company ID to sign in. Clients can determine the password length & change intervals as per their company’s policy. Your system admin can configure an auto log-off feature which automatically logs users our after a period of inactivity.

Maximum Availability

Data redundancy is provided via Raid5 disc arrays by WFX. In case of hard disk failure, date is recovered safely by Raid5. This enables retention of data if hard disks fails for any server. In addition, Raid5 provides hot swappable hard disks which replaces a failing hard disk to avoid service interruption.

Backup and Storage

Daily full and hourly transactional backups are created for all user data by the primary servers at the data center and the backup tapes are always stored at off-site locations. WFX not only provides disaster recovery for the primary site but also builds further redundancy with a provision for data recovery from off-site backups.
